Jati Legal Advisors is a marketplace platform that connects customers with independent cleaning professionals. We are not a cleaning company and do not employ the cleaners listed on our platform. All cleaning services are provided by independent contractors.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information in their cleaning requests. Customers should independently verify cleaner credentials, insurance, and qualifications before hiring. Jati Legal Advisors does not guarantee the quality of any cleaning service.
4. Cleaner Responsibilities
Cleaners are responsible for providing accurate information about their services, experience, and service areas. Cleaners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including having any required business licenses or insurance.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our platform for any unlawful purpose, to post false or misleading information, to harass other users, or to collect personal information about other users without their consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Jati Legal Advisors is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including any disputes between customers and cleaners. We provide the platform as-is without warranties of any kind.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kansas City, Missouri.
